Privacy Policy

This policy describes what headedtoabillion.com (the "Site") and the Headed to a Billion newsletter collect, why, and your rights. The Site is operated by 9GG LLC · 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"). It describes what the Site actually does; there is no hidden tracking.

1. What we collect

• Email address and, optionally, first name when you subscribe. Used to send the worksheet you asked for and the weekly newsletter.
• Sign-up context: which form you used, the time, a one-way hash of your IP address (kept to stop automated abuse; the raw address is not stored with your email) and your browser's user-agent string.
• Email activity reported by our sending provider (delivered, bounced, complained). We use bounces and complaints to stop sending to an address. We do not use tracking pixels or click tracking in the newsletter.
• Server logs: our web server records requests (IP address, page, time, user-agent) for security and for counting visits. Logs are rotated and are not joined to your email address.

2. What we do not collect

No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics scripts (no Google Analytics), no social plug-ins, no payment data (the Site sells nothing). Video thumbnails link to YouTube; YouTube's own policy applies once you are there.

3. How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (the worksheet and the newsletter), to keep the list clean, and to keep the Site secure. We do not sell, rent or share your email address for anyone else's marketing.

4. Legal basis

Consent (you subscribed) for the newsletter; legitimate interest for security logging and abuse prevention. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. Who processes it

• Resend (resend.com) sends the emails and stores the list of contacts on our behalf.
• Contabo GmbH hosts the Site and its database in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Cloudflare provides DNS for the domain.
• YouTube (Google) supplies the public video feed shown on the Site.

Each is bound by its own privacy terms and processes data only to provide its service to us.

6. Retention

Subscriber records are kept while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe we keep the address on a suppression list so we do not email you again, and delete the rest. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Sign-up event records are kept for up to 12 months for abuse analysis.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Residents of the EEA and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell personal information. Email support@9gg.app; we answer within 30 days. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

8. International transfers

The database is in the EU. Email sending runs on Resend's US infrastructure. By subscribing you accept that your email address is processed in the United States.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has subscribed, email us and we will delete the record.

10. Changes

Material changes are posted here with a new date; significant changes are announced in the newsletter.
